International Insurance Brokers Ltd. has entered into an arrangement whereby it will transfer more than 500 current insurance clients to the Vaughan Insurance Group. The transaction involves 50 insurance companies and more than $3 million in annual premium volume.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed as both firms are privately held.
